Omzo Massaly hails from Guediawaye in the suburbs of Dakar, Senegal. He made a name for himself rocking neighborhood parties, with a special flair among Mandjak communities, dropping everything from gumbe to soukous and coupé décalé. In 2019, he was one of the winders of ElectrAfrique’s Dakar DJ contest, with a live afro house set that took the Maison des Cultures Urbaines in Ouakam by storm. Since then, he’s become a regular at our Dakar shows.
